Tim Baker says alterations offset promenade disruption
The infrastructure minister has defended road changes made in Douglas.
Tim Baker has been discussing the alterations to Governor's Dip and along Glencrutchery Road.
Many have criticised the one-way system and creation of a bus lane.
Mr Baker says the move is the best temporary solution:
