Repairs being carried out by Colas
Continuing problems on Richmond Hill in Douglas, are "incredibly disappointing".
That's from the Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer.
A 30 mile per hour speed limit is currently in place, as further work is carried out on the road's surface.
Highway contractor Colas is repairing the defects on behalf of the DOI.
Mr Harmer says the timeline for repairs however is now up in the air:
