Crookall's hope it will be completed in spring 2024
The infrastructure minister says he'll do his 'utmost' to make sure a crossing point is installed on lower Johnny Watterson's Lane by the spring of 2024.
It's after a question from Douglas North MHK David Ashford in the House of Keys.
It had been due to be installed during spring of this year.
