Success of schemes always being reviewed, says minister
The infrastructure department must get value for money when working with external contractors on major projects.
That's from the infrastructure minister who this week gave evidence to a Tynwald committee alongside interim chief executive Emily Curphey.
Tim Crookall was asked how his department monitors schemes carried out by third parties.
