Minister hopes new road will be ready for TT 2022
The Department of Infrastructure is aiming to replace the current TT Access Road with a two-way carriageway.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer announced the plans at this month's sitting of Tynwald, and confirmed the finer details will be worked out in the next couple of months.
It's hoped the new road will be in place for TT 2022, although the DoI would need to secure funding from the Treasury.
