The Switchback Road in Peel will remain shut until 4.30pm.
It follows a road traffic incident in the area earlier today involving a cyclist.

The Infrastructure Department says the road will remain shut for urgent road repairs.
Vehicles will not be allowed however pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.
