The Department of Infrastructure says it recognises that potholes are a ‘huge irritation’ to Manx motorists.
It follows a Rushen MHK’s decision to plant daffodils in the ones along Port St Mary High Street over the weekend.
Stu Peters – the political member for highways – described Michelle Haywood’s actions as an ‘interesting gimmick’.
She told Manx Radio she wanted to draw attention to the road which has been collapsing for 'the best part of a decade' - you can find out more HERE.
It led to hundreds of motorists sharing their thoughts about the Island's roads on social media.
