New chief inspector joins from Bedfordshire
Domestic abuse is one of the key challenges facing police on the Isle of Man.
That's according to Chief Inspector Juliette Everett.
She's recently moved to the Manx constabulary from Bedfordshire and heads up the Multi-Agency Public Protection Unit known as MAPPU.
Chief Inspector Everett told Manx Radio which issues are at the top of her agenda:

Overnight sailings cancelled due to adverse weather
Rapist who 'terrorised' his victim told his sentence was 'entirely justified'
Complaints process for health system changed
Discovery of oiled birds 'makes a mockery of our biosphere status'
Charges now in place for those sending parcels to the EU
