Don't dwell on past, challenger urges

Whilst the Island is facing difficult times it also has an opportunity to move forward which it must take

That's the belief of Richard Ronan, a candidate standing in Castletown this September.

Speaking on Manx Radio, the 48 year-old builder and former Castletown commissioner says he would like to see a change in the local authority system and how government works.

He says the Island can't afford to dwell on the past.
