Government looking into EU concerns
People are being asked not to call 111 with concerns about which dose of vaccine they've received.
It follows concerns yesterday that doses from an Oxford-AstraZeneca batch made in India may not be recognised for travel purposes.
The EU has said it may refuse entry into the bloc for people who have been given the jab which was made by the Serum Institute – some of which have been delivered to Manx residents.
The Department of Health and Social Care says work is currently being done to look into this.
However it says the 111 teams 'do not have the answers'.
