November is Lung Cancer Awareness month
A Manx lung cancer patient is urging people to get worrying symptoms checked out.
Heather Christian was diagnosed in early 2016.
At the time she was told she would only live for nine months, but thanks to advancements in treatments and a determined attitude she has defied that prognosis.
November is lung cancer awareness month, and there can be many misconceptions about the disease.
Heather, who has never smoked, says she wasn't a 'typical' case.
