EVF reminder after local TikTok video
A fuel retailer on the Isle of Man says ‘under no circumstances’ should its jetwash facilities be used to spray humans or pets.
EVF, which operates a number of forecourts around the Island, says it's issued the reminder after a TikTok video circulated appearing to show a jetwash being used on a child.
The business says whilst the intention of the video appears to be entertainment it is ‘highly dangerous’.
The high pressure can also cause injury and chemicals used in the wash process, designed for vehicles, can irritate skin if used incorrectly.
