Would you do 10km obstacle race twice?
If Tough Mann isn't tough enough for you, you can double-up the challenge this time around.
The fifth running of the gruelling 10km obstacle race will offer the option of doing two laps of the course.
Well over 500 competitors took part last year.
Entries are now open for this year’s event, which takes place on Saturday, 5 August.
Organisers say as always, it will be held over some of the most rugged terrain the Isle of Man has to offer with crawls, climbs and carries over all sorts of obstacles – and the promise of a few new challenges.
Ballamoar Farm, Ballaugh, is the venue for the race.
