Case committed to Court of General Gaol Delivery
Two brothers from Douglas have been committed to a Court of General Gaol Delivery as they face trial over an alleged attack.
Thirty-two-year-old Mark Phillip David Galbraith of Cushag Road and 24-year-old Paul James Galbraith of Derby Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
Both have pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm.
Mrs Hughes committed them to a Court of General Gaol Delivery and they'll appear again on a date to be fixed.
