It affects Drumgold Street, Shaws Brown, Chester Street and the Bottleneck
Douglas car park charges are to be reinstated from next week.
The council's four car parks have been free to use during the coronavirus pandemic, since 23 March.
The decision was made so that key workers and anyone with business in the town centre could park freely.
It was also for anyone travelling in for food and medicines from the essential shops that stayed open.
Non-essential shops were allowed reopen again from last month (17 May).
However the charges will start up again from next Monday (8 June) as the Island eases out of lockdown.
The four car parks are Drumgold Street, Shaws Brown, Chester Street and the Bottleneck.
