Work planned to keep tenants comfortable
A challenging time, but not without positives.
The chair of Douglas Borough Council's housing committee has been reflecting on the issues affecting its properties currently.
Speaking to Manx Radio after the council's budget meeting, Claire Wells said there was plenty of work planned for the next 12 months, to try and ensure the council's tenants are comfortable in their homes:
