Big plans nearing completion
The economic development minister is hopeful major development plans for central Douglas - including the old bus station site on Lord Street - can be announced before the end of the year.
In the House of Keys, Laurence Skelly told members the first couple of big plans for the centre of the capital, as part of the town's masterplan, were nearing completion.
Speaking to Manx Radio after the sitting, he said he was optimistic things would come to fruition this time:
