Walk, jog or run for charity
Around 200 charity runners are expected to gather on Douglas promenade this afternoon (Sunday) for this year's Sport Relief Mile.
You can jog or walk just one mile, or run for three or six.
Registration is at the Bottleneck car park, where the runners will start and finish.
The one mile turning point is at the Empress Hotel and for three and six mile runners near the Strathallan terminus.
The Douglas event has been organised by Douglas town centre management and is one of more than 450 taking place across the British Isles.
The annual give-a-thon funds projects in some of the worlds poorest communities, and helps change lives in the UK.
