Thirty-one-year-old denies assault charge
A man’s appeared in court accused of attacking his father.
Shane Anthony Preston of Ballafletcher Road in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
The 31-year-old, who represented himself during the hearing, denies assault causing actual bodily harm on 30 October.
Magistrates remanded him in custody to appear in court again on 22 April.
