34-year-old bailed until next appearance
A Douglas man accused of resisting police officers twice, in less than a month, has appeared in court.
Thirty-four-year-old Anthony John Richard Lyons, of Church Road Marina, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He faces two charges of resisting police – first on 29 August and again on 19 September – along with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm on 18 March.
Magistrates bailed him and he will next appear in court on 20 January.
