Will be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Douglas man has appeared in court accused of being concerned in the supply of cannabis on the Isle of Man.
Warren Jason Cain, of Hazel Close, pleaded guilty to the charge against him during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The 50-year-old also admitted possessing the Class B drug with intent to supply on 20 October last year.
He’s also been charged with possessing £2,385 of criminal property on the same day.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 12 October; he’s been bailed until his next court appearance on 14 September.
