38-year-old will be sentenced at Court of General Gaol Delivery
A Douglas man will be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery later this year after admitting possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
Pasquale Michele Bufano, of Woodville Terrace, cried in the dock at Douglas Courthouse as he entered pleas to four offences.
The 38-year-old pleaded guilty to having almost 26 grams of the Class A drug, possession of the substance and two charges of drug driving.
The offences took place on Falcon Street in the capital on 9 October last year.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the higher court – were completed and he’ll next appear there on 21 March.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse, on 21 March 2025, Bufano's case was adjourned until 4 April.
