Dos Santos cleared after alleged domestic argument
A Douglas man has appeared in court accused of common assault.
Paulo Monteifeiro Dos Santos also appeared before magistrates charged with provoking behaviour.
It was alleged the 45-year-old had been involved in a domestic argument with his wife.
However, both matters were withdrawn after it emerged Mr Dos Santos' wife had retracted her complaint.
