46-year-old appeared at Douglas courthouse
A man’s appeared in court over an allegation he injured his girlfriend during an assault.
Forty-six-year-old Lee Cowell of Darragh Passage in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
At an earlier hearing, he pleaded not guilty to causing actual bodily harm to the woman between 12 and 15 October.
He was committed to stand trial in the higher court on a date to be fixed, and Mrs Hughes remanded him in custody.
