34-year-old remanded after entering not guilty plea
A man facing charges of producing class A and B drugs has been remanded in custody.
Thirty-four year-old Christopher Paul McDougall, whose address was given as the Isle of Man prison, has pleaded not guilty to producing cocaine, cannabis and cannabis bush on 24 May.
He appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse via the live link procedure from prison as he awaits committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
There was no bail application and he’ll appear again on 27 August.
