Incident said to have taken place on October 22
A Douglas man's appeared in court on one count of provoking behavuour.
54-year-old Kevin Gerald Martin Smyth went before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday (Nov 8).
It was after an alleged incident at Falcon Cliff apartments in the capital on October 22.
Mrs Hughes issued Mr Smyth with a binding over order for a period of 12 months.
