Forty-two-year-old denies provoking behaviour
A 42-year-old man from Douglas will stand trial over an incident at a card shop in the Strand Centre.
Frederick Martin John Ward of Glen Park Drive pleaded not guilty to provoking behaviour when he appeared before magistrates.
The hearing at Douglas Courthouse was told Mr Ward is accused of shouting and swearing at the manager of the Card Factory on 28 March.
Magistrates bailed him in the sum of £500, and he'll appear again at a pre-trial review on 6 June.
