Removing Barriers working in conjunction with the ADHD foundation
Efforts to raise awareness of neurodiversity on the Isle of Man will, it's hoped, take to the skies in the Island's capital by TT.
The Douglas Umbrella Project has received permission from Douglas City Council to suspend 410 umbrellas over Strand Street, Duke Street and Castle Street.
The company behind the initiative, Removing Barriers, hopes it will raise awareness and educate people and institutions about difference.
It's working in conjunction with the ADHD foundation - a neurodiversity charity which uses the symbol of an umbrella.
The social enterprise company works to raise awareness of neurodiversity and support people in coming to terms with their difference.
It was founded by Ella Magee when she was based in Singapore working as a teacher.
