Incident took place in Ramsey in early September
Police are looking for the driver involved in crash in the north of the Island, which left a young boy with minor injuries.
Officers are investigating the incident on 5 September along Albert Road in Ramsey.
People are being asked whether they spotted the collision between a silver car and a young boy in a blue hoody and blue jeans, between 11.30am and 12pm.
