Police issue warning about driving to limits
Police say the driver who crashed on the TT course this morning had just come off the boat after arriving on the Island.
They lost control of the vehicle at the 11th Milestone at around 6:30am, causing the route to be closed for a number of hours.
Emergency services were called out, with reports the motorist had become trapped.
Upon their arrival, however, fire crews say the individual had managed to free themselves and was checked over by ambulance crews.
Police say, whatever you are driving or riding, adhere to the speed limits and 'don't let your ambition outweigh your talent.'
