Sessions taking place at MISH centre on 1 December
People are being invited along to an HIV testing clinic on Monday (1 December) on what marks World AIDS Day.
It will be held at the Manx Integrated Sexual Health Centre on Kensington Road in Douglas between 10am-midday.
It's a quick, confidential test during which a small blood sample is taken and you can get your results back within 7-10 days.
Manx Care says no appointment is necessary, but those who would prefer to book in advance can do so by calling 650710.
World AIDS Day is global awareness-raising initiative, billed as an opportunity to show support for people living with HIV, and also remember those who have lost their lives to AIDS-related illnesses.
Manx Care says early testing remains a vital step in protecting individual and community health.
