
A Liverpool man suspected of having more than £11,000 worth of heroin hidden inside his body wil appear in court this morning.
The 39 year-old was arrested at the Sea Terminal last Friday night.
For his own safety, he was taken to Nobles Hospital for medical treatment.
A number of packages concealed inside were subsequently passed and seized by police.
The man has been charged with importing a class A drug and possession with intent to supply and will appear in court today.
