Russ Foster paints stark picture of violence associated with drug supply chains
Drugs activity on the Isle of Man has led to three kidnappings in the last few years.
Chief Constable Russ Foster, giving evidence to the Tynwald Justice Committee, was asked about police efforts to get on top of the flow of drugs coming in.
Mr Foster said illegal substances were fetching three times what they would get across the water.
