Manx charity's advice for people abstaining from alcohol this month
If you're taking part in Dry January - well done, you've made it past the halfway mark!
The tradition, which has gained popularity in recent years, involves people giving up alcohol for the entire month.
Motiv8 is a Manx charity which helps people on the Island struggling with addiction, but also help identify when substances such as alcohol are becoming a problem.
