Relocation of Santon public right of way backed
Due process has been followed in the decision to back the relocation of a footpath in Santon - that's according to the Chief Minister.
Tynwald this week approved officially moving the public right of way at Meary Voar, which was diverted by the landowner while carrying out works that didn't have planning permission.
Some politicians argued that supporting the decision would set a precedent for similar disputes in future.
