Claim of waste and mismanagement in government
A prospective Douglas MHK says he wants to tackle what he says is waste and mismanagement in government.
Kevin Oliphant-Smith will contest next year’s general election standing in East Douglas – although he won’t stand in next month’s by-election because he’d only serve a year before going to the polls again.
Mr Oliphant-Smith says his experience standing in local authority elections has given him a good grasp of the issues.
And he says, if elected, there’d be a number of priorities he considers need urgent action:
