Chief Minister says he's 'not short of a plan'
Government’s economic plan ‘remains strong’ but priorities may need to be refocussed.
That’s the message from the chief minister who says the Island has to start paying ‘closer attention’ to how it finances its commitments.
This week Alfred Cannan described a forecast £16.8 million overspend by Manx Care as ‘very, very concerning’.
