Pay deal for teachers under consideration
The minister in charge of education, sport and culture says she believes a full funding review of her department should be carried out.
It comes as school leaders here consider how to vote on a new pay deal after a Westminster decision to freeze pay for another year in England.
The department has put forward an offer but the National Association of Head Teachers says it 'falls well below' what it's looking for.
