No timescale given for slide's reopening
Contractors who visited the Isle of Man to assess one of the new flumes are compiling a report with their findings.
The Department of Education, Sport and Culture says once received it will be able to advise on when it could re-open.
The water slide, at the NSC in Douglas, has been shut since December following reports the exit from it was 'not as smooth as it should be'.
Five swimmers were injured on the flume in December - a further six suffered slips or falls on the staircase and platform.
