Wait for momentum to build
It's going to take time for momentum to build behind the government's £50 million Enterprise Development Scheme.
So says one of the people tasked with managing it and distributing the money.
Chris Walters is from Spark Impact, an investment company which has been appointed by the Department of Economic Development.
