Members want key decision makers present at meetings
The teaching unions involved in a dispute with the education department want assurances that decision makers will be present during negotiations.
The NAHT, NASUWT and ASCL are writing to Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan to seek the commitment for future talks with the Manx Industrial Relations Service.
