Speaker says cases are inevitable, but spread must be stopped
An effective monitoring system for those returning to the Isle of Man is "absolutely essential" now that border restrictions have started to relax.
That's the message from Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson, who's asking about the process at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Manx residents coming back to the Island are legally required to self-isolate for 14 days.
Mr Watterson expects to see cases of coronavirus, but says stopping the spread needs to be the priority:
Planning application for onshore wind farm still being developed
Motorcyclist suffered fatal chest injuries in crash
Trial for trio accused of producing Class A drugs to Island
