'Balanced outlook' needed says vice-chair
Balancing changes in Castletown with the wishes of people who live and work there is an ongoing challenge.
The issue has been acknowledged by the town's commissioners following efforts to improve the area and increase footfall.
The town square has been pedestrianised for the summer - with games tables and more seating also made available.
Vice-Chair of Castletown Commissioners Jerry Ludford-Brooks is pleased with what's happened so far but accepts not everyone will be:
