Temporary traffic lights in place until Thursday
There's been an emergency road closure on the Island this morning due to a gas escape on Summerhill.
Emergency roadworks are required to carry out the necessary repairs, and a 24 hour four-way traffic management system is being put in place.
The areas affected are Blackberry Lane, Strathallan Park and Summerhill.
The system will be in operation until 6pm on Thursday - motorists are urged to take care when driving near to the roadworks.
