Organisation addresses jab concerns
Employers can't force people to have a Covid-19 vaccine.
The Manx Industrial Relations Service has issued the advice, as some still have concerns.
It's advising those in the workplace to talk about the benefits surrounding the jab, whilst remaining sensitive to individual worries.
Officer Julie Bradley explains what would happen if an employee insists on not having the vaccine on philosophical grounds:
