Notable migration of business to Douglas
A businessman who owns several large properties in the Castletown area says he's not sure employers are prepared to consider looking to the south of the Island.
Mike Osborne says there has been a notable migration of businesses to Douglas in the last few years.
Mr Osborne was speaking on today's "Talking Heads" programme, following the news that 33 jobs are to go at Friends Provident International in Castletown
He believes many employers are convinced they have to be in Douglas, something he suggests isn't necessarily the case.
