Politicians reject much of final report
The 'end of a chapter' - that's how a member of the committee looking into parliamentary reform has described the debate over its final report.
Politicians rejected much of what was put forward by the Functioning of Tynwald select committee last week.
It marks the end to consideration of reforms, first suggested by Lord Lisvane in 2015.
But Dr Alex Allinson says it will continue to be an evolutionary process.
