Chief minister believes all factors will be considered
The chief minister says it's likely the Island will have to make 'enhancements' to water infrastructure as part of government's ambition to grow the population to 100,000 by 2037.
The head of water at Manx Utilities previously said current heatwaves and climate effects over the past five years have been cutting it fine with regard to the Island's water resources.
But Alfred Cannan believes all factors will be considered:
