Climate impacts are happening quicker than expected.
That warning from the Island’s Environment Minister after it was revealed the planet and atmosphere are absorbing less carbon than expected.
With emissions rising strongly, Phil Gawne says countries big and small need to be fully aware of the risks.
And he insists even a small population can make a difference:
