Policy and reform minister says improvement is needed
Legislation designed to make the Island a fairer place for all will see further progress in 2018.
The Equality Act gained royal assent last year and is being rolled out in stages until 2020, starting this month.
It affords new rights in employment and access to services, irrespective of age, disability, gender, race, religion and sexual orientation.
